How submitted information is used.
This notice applies to information voluntarily submitted through forms on the Fervor Global Ministries website.
Information we collect
Mission applications may include your name, email, phone number, church or ministry affiliation, emergency contact, passport or travel readiness, prior missions experience, reasons for serving, and service interests. Prayer request forms may include an optional name and email, selected general prayer categories, and a brief general request. Volunteer forms may include contact information, city and state, service interests, travel willingness, and weekday/weekend availability.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to review mission interest, respond to ministry opportunities, coordinate volunteer service, understand availability and service readiness, and support Fervor's prayer ministry. Prayer requests should remain general and should not include medical diagnoses, government ID numbers, payment details, or other highly sensitive personal information.
Sharing and protection
Information is intended for legitimate Fervor ministry administration and trip coordination. Fervor should not sell personal information submitted through this website. Access should be limited to people who need it for ministry administration and coordination.
Travel and payment information
Do not submit sensitive payment information through ordinary website forms. Secure payment details will only be collected through an approved payment provider after that service is connected.
